In Motion for Growth (IMFG) was founded by Executive Director, Lee Gosselin, in 2005. After spending years in the real estate, management and business development industry, the idea to combine her strengths, talents and knowledge into a support services business of her own spawned nearly overnight. Within only a few months the concept of experienced, project based, direct services for hire caught fire and the first IMFG Support Team staff member was hired. And we've been growing strong ever since.
A little history might help. Although Virtual Assistants have been in existence since the 1990's the concept is still fairly unexplored and therefore a bit confusing. So let me explain. While it's true, we're similar to Temporarily Staffing services, and we benefit companies like a W-2 employee would, we are in fact neither.
We provide a high quality, more experienced team members than most staffing agencies, we support your business Virtually and by eliminating the middle man we're a fraction of the cost. And while you might be able to hire a W-2 employee for about the same or maybe a little less per hour, once you calculate benefits, payroll expenses, liability, workers compensation, sick leave, vacation...well, hopefully you get the point.
Either way, we still provide no commitment, pay as you go, here when you need us, services. Not to mention, you won't find a "clock in - clock out" mentality here, we share the owner mindset and we look at your business with the big picture in focus.
